About Siena
Siena loves cats, math, and riding her papa's ebike.
Siena also loves making sure people feel included.
Siena won the Rick Hansen Foundation School
Program D ifference Maker Award for Ontario when
she was eleven years old for her work in helping her
school think about accessibly inclusion at Halloween.
Siena and her family created the Treat Accessibly
movement to help one little boy who uses a wheel
chair to trick-or-treat at her home in 2017. By 2021,
100,000 homes across Canada were practicing Treat
Accessibly at Halloween.
Her goal is to have 400,000 homes participating
by 2025. One home for everyone of the 400,000 kids and youth who identify with having a
disability in Canada today.
Siena believes "There's no can't in Canada'' when it comes to a future of accessible
inclusion.
